I like it, but it could take some cleaning up.

I'm pretty sure you recorded this straight from your keyboard, playing it all as one, or maybe it parts, but I didn't pick up any skips in the reverb from the sound or anything on it. For all I know you applied the reverb after you recorded, regardless.
The song as a whole is pretty nice, for the most part it's clean and well formulated, progresses well, but one of the faster parts a bit past 2:30 I can hear what sounds to be mistakes, and if they were an attempt at a tenser set of notes, you might want to revise that a little bit. Like I said, the song itself is great, all it needs is a little cleaning up.
I find it a bit more relaxing than sad, like finding something new and interesting, that place in the middle of the woods, almost a magical feeling, and you don't know what to think of it.

LazyBucks responds:

Cheers for that.
Yea being honest I literally was in a down mood, played it on the spot with a sustain pedal and just recorded in one go.
I know there are mistakes but I didn't feel like cleaning it up. I just threw it on NG to see a general reaction.

Thanks though.

Ehhh?

There are parts that I thoroughly enjoy, but most of it honestly sounds like repeated chords and random notes :/

Sheodon responds:

Thanks. Maybe it sounds a bit weird because of the tech I recorded my first songs.

Pretty cool, a bit soothing ^^

I like it, extremely accurate notes, though it does sound a little like you just slowed down the tempo and lightened the instruments, other then the ambient beat, but I don't know the actual song too well either so I'm probably wrong.

Good job ^^ 9/10

Box-Killa responds:

Well I also cut a lot out of the original song, There is only 3 instruments in this song (expet the guitar plays 2 parts, so you could say there is 2 guitars) . In the original, there was much more instruments, and much more melodies behind the main one. So yeah,

thanks for the review :D Peaceout!

wow, I love it XD

This is great!
I especially love the 2 songs at 00:15 and 1:30 (mwaha, must not tell lol)
Favourited ^^
You make amazing remixes, you should upload more often, though, you're prolly busy alot too ^^;;

SockpuppetRemix responds:

Thanks Korobug! =D I'm trying to make more stuff but I am really busy at the moment. =(

Cool

I like it, it's style is alot different from what I'm used to hearing

SockpuppetRemix responds:

Thanks! =)
This was kind of an experimental song, because I wanted to try a different style. I don't think I'll be doing any more songs like this. I might redo this as an orchestral song some time though.

It's like going through a stealth metroid

You'd be using the zero suit and die in 3 hits XD
I like it, it adds a completely new taste to the song.

SockpuppetRemix responds:

Thanks! =D

Awesome

I love how you made it really stacato where the original was a very smooth version.
Easily topped marks for this song ^^

Yamalazoo88 responds:

Awesome

Good job, I don't like how it blends in a few places but everywhere else it's great.
9/10
5/5 (I like rounding up)

Yamalazoo88 responds:

I remember that game XD

That's my favourite version of the song too XD
Good job on making it ^^

TenchuX responds:

thanks

Awesome

I like it, it's peaceful but not at the same time XD
(I'm still looking through your songs so ignore me if you've already done one ^^) I think you should do a piece with alot of bassy drum parts, like timpani.
Do you compose with just the music software or do you use a MIDI controller.

GodSpeedIam responds:

Music software. I'm no good with any real instruments.
